Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement-Rear (Without Traction Control)
Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
Disconnect the wheel speed sensor connector.
2. Clean all dirt and debris from the sensor housing/sensor interface area.
3. Remove the wheel speed sensor bolt (3).
4. Remove the wheel speed sensor (4).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the wheel speed sensor (4).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the wheel speed sensor mounting bolt (3).
- Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
3. Connect the wheel speed sensor connector.
4. Lower vehicle.
