Radiator Hose Replacement - OutletRemoval Procedure
1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Disconnect the following electrical connectors:
^ Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor
^ Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
4. Reposition the outlet hose clamp at the water outlet.
5. Remove the outlet hose from the water outlet.
6. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
7. Reposition the outlet hose clamp at the radiator.
8. Remove the outlet hose (2) from the radiator.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the outlet hose (2) to the radiator.
2. Position the outlet hose at the radiator.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Install the outlet hose to the water outlet.
5. Position the outlet hose clamp at the water outlet.
6. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.
7. Connect the following electrical connectors:
^ IAT sensor
^ MAF sensor
8. Fill the cooling system.
