REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Cooling System.
2. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
3. Disconnect the clamps and remove the supply hose assembly (1) or the return hose assembly (2) from the HPR coolant line and the heater core.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Disconnect the clamp and remove the hose assembly from the engine pipe.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the supply hose assembly (1) or the return hose assembly (2) to the engine pipe fitting and install the clamp.
2. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
3. Connect the hose assembly to the HPR coolant line and the heater core. Install the clamps.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Refill the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
