Brake Light Switch: Adjustments
Stoplamp Switch Adjustment 1.
Pull up the brake pedal and hold the pedal in this position.

Adjust the stoplamp switch (2).
Measurement
The clearance between the end of the thread and the brake pedal stopper (3) should be
1.5 - 2.0 mm (0.06 - 0.08 inch). Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3.
Tighten the lock nut.
Tighten the lock nut to
7.5 Nm (66.4 inch lbs.).
