Endgate Lock Cylinder Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the endgate trim panel seal. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement (2 Door) (Water Deflector Replacement (2 Door))Water Deflector Replacement (4 Door) (Water Deflector Replacement (4 Door)) .
2. Open the endgate lock cylinder control rod retainer (3).
3. Remove the endgate lock cylinder control rod (4) from the endgate lock cylinder (2).
4. Remove the endgate lock cylinder retainer (1) which secures the lock cylinder (2).
5. Remove the endgate lock cylinder (2) from the endgate panel.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the endgate lock cylinder (2) to the endgate panel. Secure the lock cylinder with the retainer (1).
2. Install the endgate lock cylinder control rod (4) to the lock cylinder (2).
3. Close the endgate lock cylinder control rod retainer (3).
4. Install the endgate trim panel seal. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement (2 Door) (Water Deflector Replacement (2 Door))Water Deflector Replacement (4 Door) (Water Deflector Replacement (4 Door)) .
