Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet

^ J38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Partially drain the coolant.
2. Disconnect the inlet hose from the thermostat housing using the J38185.
3. Disconnect the inlet hose from the radiator using the J38185.
4. Remove the inlet hose.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the inlet hose in position and align the marks on the hose.
2. Connect the inlet hose to the radiator using the J38185.
3. Connect the inlet hose to the thermostat housing using the J38185.

Important: To properly fill the system you must use of the air bleed vents.

4. Refill the coolant.
