Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Disconnect the intake air temperature sensor electrical connector.





3. Loosen the intake air duct clamp.
4. Remove the intake air duct resonator.





5. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp from the water outlet.
6. Remove the radiator inlet hose from the water outlet.





7. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp from the radiator.
8. Remove the radiator inlet hose (1) from the radiator.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator inlet hose (1) to the radiator.
2. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to the radiator.





3. Install the radiator inlet hose to the water outlet.
4. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to the water outlet.





5. Install the intake air duct resonator.
6. Tighten the intake air duct clamp.





7. Connect the intake air temperature sensor electrical connector.
8. Fill the cooling system.
