Inlet

Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Disconnect the following electrical connectors:
^ Intake air temperature sensor
^ Mass airflow sensor





3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.





4. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp from the radiator.
5. Remove the radiator inlet hose (1) from the radiator.





6. Reposition the inlet hose clamps from the power steering cooler, if equipped.
7. Remove the inlet hoses from the power steering cooler, if equipped.





8. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp from the water pump.
9. Remove the radiator inlet hose from the water pump.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator inlet hose to the water pump.
2. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to the water pump.





3. Install the inlet hoses to the power steering cooler, if equipped.
4. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamps at the power steering cooler, if equipped.





5. Install the radiator inlet hose (1) to the radiator.
6. Reposition the inlet hose clamp to the radiator.





7. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.





8. Connect the following electrical connectors:
^ Intake air temperature sensor
^ Mass air flow sensor
9. Fill the cooling system.
