Seat Back Frame Replacement - Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front bucket seat.
2. Remove the seat back cover (1) and pad (4) from the seat back frame (2).
3. Remove the recliner bolts. Remove the recliner from the seat back frame (2).
4. Remove the lumbar assembly from the seat back frame, if equipped.
5. Remove the seat back frame (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the seat back frame (2).
2. Install the lumbar assembly to the seat back frame, if equipped.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the recliner to the seat back frame (2) with the recliner bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 24 N.m (18 lb ft)

4. Install the seat back cover (1) and pad (4) to the seat back frame (2).
5. Install the front bucket seat.
