Transmission Scan Tool Data Definitions
Clutch Pedal Switch: Displays APPLIED or RELEASED. The scan tool displays the status of the clutch pedal.
Reverse Inhibit Solenoid: Displays ON or OFF status of the reverse inhibit solenoid.
Skip Shift Lamp Command: Displays ON or OFF status of the skip shift lamp.
Skip Shift Solenoid Com.: Displays ON or OFF status of the skip shift solenoid.
Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) Sensor: This parameter is the input signal of the transmission fluid temperature sensor. Transmission fluid temperature is high when the signal voltage is low, and transmission, fluid temperature is low when the signal voltage is high.
Vehicle Speed Sensor: This parameter indicates the speed of the vehicle based on the signal from the vehicle speed sensor assembly.
