Wiper Motor Module Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the wiper arms.
2. Remove the air inlet grille panel.
3. Disconnect the wiper motor electrical connector.
4. Remove the wiper motor module upper bolt.




5. Remove the wiper motor module bolts.
6. Remove the wiper motor module from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the wiper motor module to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the wiper motor module bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 ft in).




3. Install the wiper motor module upper bolt.

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 ft in).

4. Connect the wiper motor electrical connector.
5. Install the air inlet grille panel.
6. Install the wiper arms.
7. Inspect the wipers for proper operation.
