Condenser Fan: Service and Repair

[1][2]CONDENSER FAN REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front grille.
2. Remove the front bumper fascia.
3. Remove the 2 bolts and the bumper fascia brace.
4. Disconnect the [1][2]condenser fan electrical connector (1).
5. Remove the 2 [1][2]condenser fan bracket lower mounting bolts (4).
6. Remove the 2 condenser fan motor upper mounting nuts (3) and lower the [1][2]condenser fan out of the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the condenser fan motor to the condenser. Secure with the 2 upper mounting nuts (3) and the 2 lower bracket mounting bolts (4).
2. Connect the [1][2]condenser fan electrical connector (1).
3. Install the bumper fascia brace. Secure with the 2 bolts.
4. Install the front bumper fascia.
5. Install the front grille.
