Window Replacement - Rear Door

Removal Procedure

1. Place the door window to the down position.
2. Remove the door trim panel.
3. Remove enough of the door water deflector in order to access the door window to regulator nuts.




4. Remove the nuts which retain the front door window to the window regulator.
5. Remove the door window frame applique.
6. Remove the rear side door window (1) from the door.
7. Remove the sash rivet (1) from the sash.
8. Remove the sash (2) from the window.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the sash on the window.
2. Install the sash rivet (1).
3. Install the rear side door window (1) in the door.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the nuts which retain the window to the window regulator.

Tighten the window sash nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

5. Install the door window frame applique.
6. Install the door water deflector.
7. Install the door trim panel.
