Ambient Temperature Sensor / Switch HVAC: Service and Repair

AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front grille from the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the air temperature sensor.
3. Remove the push pin retainer (1) from the air temperature sensor bracket (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the push pin retainer (1) into the air temperature sensor bracket (2).
2. Connect the electrical connector to the air temperature sensor.
3. Install the front grille to the vehicle.
