REAR COMPARTMENT LID SWITCH REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the rear compartment lid.
2. Lower the endgate.
3. Remove the rear compartment lid.
4. Remove the cargo box cover hinge bracket.




5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the rear compartment lid switch.




6. Using a flat-bladed tool, remove the rear compartment lid switch from the rear compartment lid hinge bracket.
7. Remove the rear compartment lid switch from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Insert the rear compartment lid switch firmly into the rear compartment lid hinge bracket.




2. Connect the electrical connector to the rear compartment lid switch.
3. Install the cargo box cover hinge bracket to the vehicle.
4. Install the rear compartment lid.
5. Close the endgate.
6. Close the rear compartment lid.
