Weatherstrip Replacement - Door

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the door sill plate. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement (Door Sill Plate Replacement) in Interior Trim.




2. Remove the door weatherstrip from the pinch-weld flange.



Installation Procedure





1. Align the door weatherstrip to the door opening with the bond joint positioned at the lower center of the door opening.
2. Install the door weatherstrip to the pinch-weld flange. Ensure that the door weatherstrip is fully seated.
3. Install the door sill plate. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement (Door Sill Plate Replacement) in Interior Trim.
