Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Quarter Window

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear quarter window. Refer to Window Replacement - Rear Quarter (Hinged Body Side Window Replacement) .




2. Pull the rear quarter window weatherstrip from the pinch-weld flange
3. Remove the rear quarter window weatherstrip from the vehicle.
4. Clean all adhesive from the quarter window pinch-weld flange.



Installation Procedure


Important: The rear quarter window weatherstrip service replacement part is a cut-to-fit part. The weather-strip must be trimmed to fit the window opening and joined together.






1. Install the rear quarter window weatherstrip to the vehicle.
2. Align the rear quarter window weatherstrip joint to center of the rear quarter window latch attachment point.
3. Roll the rear quarter window weather-strip from joint to bottom of window to ensure a proper seal.
4. Install the rear quarter window. Refer to Window Replacement - Rear Quarter (Hinged Body Side Window Replacement) .
