Cabin Air Filter / Purifier: Service and Repair

PASSENGER COMPARTMENT AIR FILTER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the I/P compartment door.
2. Remove the rear inside I/P compartment door.







3. Open the HVAC module assembly access door (1).







4. Remove the right hand passenger compartment air filter from the HVAC module.
5. Slide the left hand passenger compartment air filter to the HVAC module opening.
Remove the left hand passenger compartment air filter from the HVAC module.




INSTALLATION PROCEDURE







1. Install the left hand passenger compartment air filter into the HVAC module opening.
Slide the left hand passenger compartment air filter toward the left side of the HVAC module.
2. Install the right hand passenger compartment air filter into the HVAC module opening.







3. Close the HVAC module assembly access door (1).
4. Install the rear inside I/P compartment door.
5. Close the I/P compartment door.
