Dome Lamp: Service and Repair

DOME LAMP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Press in on the long sides of the lens.
2. Remove the lens.
3. Remove the bulb.
4. Gently pry off the housing.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
6. Squeeze the clip tangs together at each clip and push the clip connector up through the housing.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connectors to the housing.
2. Install the housing to the roof inner trim panel with 2 screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the dome lamp housing screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the bulb.
4. Install the lens.
