Power Folding Outside Mirror Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure





Caution:
Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the deposit box. Refer to Deposit Box Replacement General Electrical Diagnostic Procedures in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.

3. Remove the bolt.

4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

5. Remove the folding mirror switch.

Installation Procedure





1. Connect the electrical connector.

Notice:
Refer to Fastener Notice Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the folding mirror switch with the bolt.

Tighten the daytime running lamp module bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Install the deposit box. Refer to Deposit Box Replacement General Electrical Diagnostic Procedures in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.

4. Connect the negative battery cable.
