Liftgate Courtesy Lamp Replacement

Removal Procedure





Caution:
Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution Battery Disconnect Caution.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Open the liftgate.

3. Remove the liftgate lamp access cover.

4. Remove the liftgate lamp assembly nuts.

5. Remove the liftgate lamp assembly.

6. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation Procedure





1. Connect the electrical connector.

Notice:
Refer to Fastener Notice Fastener Notice.

2. Install the lamp assembly with the nuts.

Tighten the liftgate lamp assembly nuts to 3 Nm (27 lb in).

3. Install the liftgate lamp access panels.

4. Close the liftgate.

5. Connect the negative battery cable.
