Intermittent DIC Operation, DIC Does Not Illuminate (Reprogram IPC)

Condition
Some customers may comment that the Driver Information Center (DIC) does not illuminate on key up. This condition is intermittent and the DIC usually illuminates on the next key cycle.
Correction
Technicians are to reprogram the IPC with an updated software calibration. The new service calibration was released with TIS satellite data update version 12.0 available December 6, 2004. As always make sure your Tech 2(R) is updated with the latest software version.
