Instrument Panel (I/P) Multifunction Switch Assembly Replacement



INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) accessory trim plate.




2. Remove the bolts/screws from the IP switch bank.
3. Remove the switch bank by pulling straight out from the IP.




4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Install the switch bank into the IP by pushing in on the switch bank .




3. Install the bolts/screws to secure the switch bank to the instrument panel.

Tighten the bolts/screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the IP accessory trim plate.
