EGR Valve: Service and Repair
EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) VALVE REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE 1.
Remove the engine cover.
2.
Disconnect the
exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) electrical connector.
3.
Remove the
EGR valve bolts.
4.
Remove the
EGR valve.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1.
Install the
EGR valve.
2.
Install the
EGR valve bolts.
3.
Connect the
EGR electrical connector.
4.
Install the engine cover.
