Endgate Lower Hinge Replacement - Endgate Side

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the endgate from the vehicle.
2. Remove the bolts retaining the endgate hinge to the endgate.
3. Remove the endgate hinge from the endgate.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the endgate hinge to the endgate.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the bolts retaining the endgate hinge to the endgate.

Tighten the endgate hinge bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

3. Install the endgate to the vehicle.
