Pickup Box Endgate Latch Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Open the endgate.
2. Remove the screws retaining the endgate cover to the endgate.
3. Remove the endgate cover from the endgate (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the endgate cover to the endgate (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the screws retaining the endgate cover to the endgate, starting at the hole marked with the triangle (1).

Tighten the endgate cover screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in) starting at the bolt hole marked with the triangle (1).

3. Close the endgate.
