Emergency Vehicle Rear Lamp Replacement (Impala RPO 6J6)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Impala) (Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Impala)).
2. Remove the bolts from the rear window panel lamp bracket(s).




3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s).
4. Remove the rear window panel lamp(s) from the rear window panel.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connector.




2. Position the rear window panel lamp bracket(s) to the rear window panel.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the bolts to the rear window panel bracket(s).

Tighten the window panel bolts to 3 Nm (27 lb in).

4. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Impala) (Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Impala)).
