Drive Sprocket Support Assemble

Special Tools
* J-8092 - Driver Handle
* J-28677 - Drive Sprocket Support Bearing Installer
* J-36850 - Transmission Assembly Lubricant

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools (Tools and Equipment).




1. Assemble J-28677 - bearing installer and J-8092 - driver handle.
2. Lubricate drive sprocket support bearing (521) with J-36850 - lubricant.

Note: When installing the new bearing the part number should be visible (facing upward).

3. Using the assembled tool, press in the drive sprocket support bearing (521).




4. Install the drive sprocket support assembly (522).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

5. Install the four drive sprocket support bolts (524) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
