Blower Motor Relay: Service and Repair




Auxiliary Blower Motor Relay Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the left lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.
2. Disconnect blower motor relay electrical connector.
3. Remove the blower motor relay bolts/screws.
4. Remove the blower motor relay.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the blower motor relay.
2. Connect the blower motor relay electrical connector.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Install the blower motor relay bolts/screws and tighten to 1.6Nm (14 lb in).
4. Install the left lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.
