Fastener Tightening Specifications





If clutch adjustment is required, do not adjust the clutch. Order a new clutch and replace.

LS9





Bolts 1 and 2 Finger tight
Bolts 1 and 2 360 degrees
Bolts 3 and 4 Finger tight
Bolts 3 and 4 360 degrees
Bolts 5 and 6 Finger tight
Bolts 5 and 6 360 degrees
Bolts 1 and 2 360 degrees
Bolts 3 and 4 360 degrees
Bolts 5 and 6 360 degrees
Repeat bolts 1-6 Until pressure plate is flat against the flywheel
Torque the bolts in sequence 70 Nm (52 lb ft)

LS3 and LS7





Increments 1 - 3 Even tightening
Increment 4 70 Nm (52 lb ft)
