Engine Oil Cooler Installation
1. Install the oil cooler gasket (2).
2. Install the oil cooler (4).
Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.
3. Install the oil cooler M8 (1) and M6 (3) bolts.
4. Tighten the M6 bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
5. Tighten the M8 bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
6. Install the engine oil cooler coolant fitting (2) to the block, as required and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
7. Install the hose/pipe (4) to the fitting (2) and cooler (3).
8. Install the bolt and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
