Wiper Blade: Testing and Inspection

Wiper Blade Element Check

1. Remove the wiper blades from the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Blade Replacement Removal and Replacement.

Note:
Replace the wiper blade element if the element is deflected more than 15 degrees from the centre line of the blade.

2. Inspect the wiper blade element.

3. Install the wipers blades on the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Blade Replacement Removal and Replacement.

4. Operate the wipers to inspect for correct operation.
