Steering Wheel Theft Deterrent Lock Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the ignition lock cylinder. Refer to Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement.





2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the steering wheel theft deterrent lock.

3. If necessary, disconnect the electrical connector from the ignition lock cylinder case (1).

4. Remove the steering wheel theft deterrent lock (2) from ignition lock cylinder case (1).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the steering wheel theft deterrent lock (2) to ignition lock cylinder case (1).

2. Connect the electrical connector to the steering wheel theft deterrent lock.

3. If necessary, connect the electrical connector to the ignition lock cylinder case (1).

4. Install the ignition lock cylinder. Refer to Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement.
