Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

Note:
This vehicle is not designed to be lifted by a service jack. Only hoist the vehicle at the four locations, as indicated.





Danger:
Do not use a service jack to lift this vehicle. Lifting the vehicle with a jack could cause the vehicle to slip off the jack and roll; this could cause injury or death.


Caution:
Lifting the vehicle improperly can damage the vehicle and result in costly repairs not covered by the warranty. This vehicle is only designed to be simultaneously hoisted at the four locations, as indicated.

Vehicle Lifting- Frame Contact Lift

Front Lift Pads

When lifting the vehicle with a frame-contact lift, place the front lift pads on the rocker outer panel weld flange, as shown.

Rear Lift Pads

When lifting the vehicle with a frame-contact lift, place the rear lift pads on the rocker outer panel weld flange, as shown.
