Transmission Case Installation

Special Tools

DT-6155 - Guide Pins

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools Tools and Equipment.

1. Clean all sealing surfaces.





Note:
Watch out for the magnet (3) and the distance washer (2) during the installation procedure and install with grease.

2. Install a NEW transmission case gasket (5).

3. Install the DT-6155 - guide pins.

4. Install the transmission case (4) to the transmission housing (1).





Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

5. Install the 4 transmission case bolts (arrows) and tighten to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).

6. Remove the DT-6155 - guide pins (1).
