Secondary Air Injection Pump Installation




1. Install the secondary air injection pump (1).

2. Loosely install the secondary air injection pump nut (2) and the 2 secondary air injection pump bolts (4).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Tighten the secondary air injection pump nut (2) and the 2 secondary air injection pump bolts (4) to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).

4. Connect the secondary air injection pump pipe (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Procedures.
