EN-45059 - Angle Meter




1. Clean the timing belt tensioner thread.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

Caution: Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution.

2. Install the timing belt tensioner (2) and tighten the NEW timing belt tensioner bolt (1) a first pass to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

3. Tighten the NEW timing belt tensioner bolt a second pass to an additional 120 degrees, using the EN-45059 - meter.

4. Tighten the NEW timing belt tensioner bolt a final pass to an additional 15 degrees, using the EN-45059 - meter.
