Clutch Pedal Position Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel lower trim pad cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement (Without AAL) Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement (Without AAL)Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement (With AAL) Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement (With AAL).





2. Remove the clutch pedal position sensor bolt (2).

3. Remove the clutch pedal position sensor (1).

4. Disconnect the clutch pedal position sensor wiring harness connector.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the clutch pedal position sensor wiring harness connector.





2. Install the clutch pedal position sensor (1).

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Install the clutch pedal position sensor bolt (2) and tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb in).

4. Install the instrument panel lower trim pad cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement (Without AAL) Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement (Without AAL)Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement (With AAL) Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement (With AAL).
