Wiper Gear Box: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove top plastic screen.
3. Remove arm and blade assemblies.
4. Remove drive crank from motor by removing the attaching nut.
5. On all models except Diplomat, LeBaron, 1982 New Yorker, Gran Fury and Fifth Avenue, remove six pivot mounting screws.
6. On Diplomat, LeBaron, 1982 New Yorker, Gran Fury and Fifth Avenue, remove pivot mounting nut and washer.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
