11-Step A, Fuel Injector Driver Circuit (Code 26)

1. With diagnostic read-out tool connected to engine test connector and system in diagnostic mode, disconnect fuel injector electrical connector.
2. Connect an analog voltmeter between fuel injector electrical connector terminals. Set voltmeter to lowest reading scale.
NOTE: An analog voltmeter with a 1 or 2 volt scale is recommended.
3. Place system in circuit ATM code 02.
4. If voltmeter is cycling between 0 and 1 volt, replace fuel injector. If voltmeter indicated a negative voltage, reverse voltmeter leads and repeat test.
5. If voltmeter reading is not cycling, proceed to Test 11 step B.
