Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

NOTE: The evaporator case (Heater-A/C housing) must be removed from the vehicle first. Service and Repair

Heater A/C Unit Cover:

1. Remove heater A/C unit top cover.
2. Remove the expansion valve sealing plate seal and seal retaining screw from under sealing plate.

Evaporator Core:

3. Lift the evaporator coil from the heater A/C unit.
4. To reinstall, reverse the preceding operation.
