High Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION1. Discharge the refrigerant system.
High Pressure Cut-off Switch:
2. Disconnect wire connector from the high pressure cut-out switch.
Snap Ring:
3. Remove snap ring securing switch in compressor end cover.
High Pressure Cut-out Switch:
4. Pull switch straight out from end cover and remove and discard used 0-ring seal.
To install, reverse the preceding operation using a new 0-ring seal. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system.
