Ignition Coil: Service and Repair
Coil And Fasteners:
Removal 1.
Disconnect coil to
distributor ignition cable.
2.
Disconnect coil wiring harness connector.
3.
Remove
ignition coil to bracket screws.
Installation 1.
Install
ignition coil in bracket. Torque screws to 85 lb-in (9.5 Nm).
2.
Connect wiring harness connector.
3.
Connect coil to
distributor ignition cable.
