Brake Switch (Cruise Control): Description and Operation

The stop lamp (brake) switch is used to connect power from the vehicle speed control relay to the vehicle speed control servo.

When the vehicle speed control relay is energized, power flows from the relay, on circuit V32, to the stop lamp switch. Power flows through the closed contacts in the switch to circuit V30.

Circuit V30 connects to the vehicle speed control servo. This is the feed for the servo.
