Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Remove radiator drain plug and drain engine coolant into a suitable container.
2. Remove radiator cap.
3. Disconnect overflow hose and remove coolant reserve tank.
4. Remove reserve tank bracket.
5. After making mating marks on radiator hoses and hose clamps, remove upper and lower radiator hoses.
6. Disconnect transaxle fluid cooler hose and pipe assembly. Plug radiator port to prevent foreign material from entering.
7. Remove upper insulator, then the radiator.
8. Remove lower insulator.
9. Remove condensor fan motor and fan.
10. Remove radiator fan motor and fan.
11. Remove radiator fan shroud.
12. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
