SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

The trunk lid appears uneven when open, this is due to one or more of the gas support rod attaching point fingers missing from the assembly.

DIAGNOSIS:

Inspect both gas support rods at each attaching point, if the support rod is detached or the support rod fingers are broken or missing, perform the Repair Procedure.
