Front Cover

Removal
1. Remove crankshaft damper.
2. Remove generator belt idler pulley.

Front Timing Belt Covers:





3. Remove front timing belt cover fasteners and remove covers.
4. Remove engine mount bracket.

Installation
1. Install the engine mount bracket and front timing belt covers.
2. Install generator belt idler pulley and tighten bolt to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
3. Install crankshaft damper.
