SYMPTOM
CHECKING SPEED CONTROL OPERATION WITH NO DTC'S PRESENT

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- NTC-check throttle cable
- NTC-check S/C vacuum supply
- DRB does not show P/N switch "D/R"
- Speed control switch signal CKT shorted to voltage
- Speed control SW SIG CKT open PCM to clockspring
- SW GRD CK open at clockspring
- Speed control switch ground circuit open clockspring to S/C switch
- Clockspring shorted to ground
- NTC-S/C signal circuit shorted to S/C SW ground
- NTC-S/C switch signal circuit shorted to ground
- Check S/C switch
- PCM
