SYMPTOM
CHECKING OIL PRESSURE SWITCH

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Instrument cluster
- Low oil level
- Low oil pressure warning lamp bulb
- No PCI bus message from cluster
- Warning lamp does not go out
- Engine oil pressure switch sense circuit open
- Engine oil pressure switch sense circuit shorted to ground
- Oil pressure switch
- Oil pressure switch
- Powertrain control module (sense CKT open)
- Powertrain control module (sense CKT shorted to ground)
