Front Quarter Panel

FRONT QUARTER PANEL

REMOVAL

1. Open hood.
2. Remove hood side panel.
3. Remove grille.
4. Remove headlamp module assembly.
5. Remove upper mounting bolts on front quarter panel.
6. Hoist vehicle.

7. Release clips (2) attaching front quarter panel to front fascia (Fig. 3).
8. Drill out rivets attaching front quarter panel to frame.
9. Remove front quarter panel from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Position front quarter panel to vehicle.
2. Install upper mounting bolts on front quarter panel.
3. Install lower rivets on front quarter panel.
4. Engage clips (2) attaching front quarter panel to front fascia.
5. Install headlamp module assembly.
6. Install grille.
7. Install hood side panel.
